I HAVE HAD TO TAKE A LITTLE DETOUR THESE LAST TWO DAYS.  RATHER UNEXPECTED...BUT NEEDED.  TOOK KAREN TO THE AIRPORT ON MONDAY AS SHE WILL BE IN MINNESOTA FOR 6 WEEKS...AND PROCEEDED TO GET AN ALLERGY ATTACK THAT HAS LASTED THESE LAST TWO DAYS.  I DIDN'T EVEN GET ON THE COMPUTER, YESTERDAY..I STOPPED COUNTING SNEEZES AT 45.  DON'T EXERCISE...WHEN YOU ARE SICK.  STAY HOME AND LET YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM TAKE OVER AND YOU WILL BE FINE IN A COUPLE DAYS.  SO...FEELING MUCH BETTER...I THOUGHT I WOULD ADD A FEW COMMENTS ABOUT WHAT HAS HAPPENED.  THIS LAST WEEK...BEFORE I WEIGHED MYSELF ON TUESDAY...HAS BEEN VERY ORGANIZED WITH EXERCISE, DAILY...40 MINUTES OF AEROBICS ...PLUS 1 HOUR OF PING PONG ON MONDAY.  DELIGHTED...FINALLY...I LOST 4 POUNDS THAT WEEK.  THIS IS WHAT I DID: 1. ONE BOTTLE OF WATER BEFORE I HAD ANY COFFEE..2. EAT A SMALL BREAKFAST, BEFORE 10 EACH DAY..3. AT LEAST 35 MINUTES OF AEROBIC EXERCISE EACH DAY DRINKING ANOTHER BOTTLE OF WATER...4. THREE MEALS A DAY WITH TWO HEALTHY SNACKS..5. NO EATING AFTER 8 PM...EXCEPT FOR THE ONE DARK DOVE CHOCOLATE...IN BED.  I WILL NOT REPORT HOW I DO EACH WEEK...FOR OBVIOUSLY THIS WEEK IS ALREADY MESSED UP.   SO I AM REGROUPING...ALLOWING MYSELF TO RELAX AND GET BETTER...VISITING WITH NO ONE.  I HAVE A COUPLE MORE THINGS TO MAIL...AND TODAY WOULD BE A GOOD DAY TO GET THOSE READY.  SO...STILL IN MY PAJAMAS...ONLY SNEEZING 4 TIMES...SO FAR...EATING CORN FLAKES...SKIM MILK...I/2 BANANA, I AM READY FOR A DAY...INSIDE!  TOMORROW I WILL BE ABLE TO  VENTURE OUTSIDE AND MAYBE DO A LITTLE...'SHOPPING!'  TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF....AND I WILL DO THE SAME!   CE
